"Katie, I remember the day you were born..."

Every year on Katie's birthdays I fondly say to her, "Katie, I remember the day you were born." And, every year she rolls her eyes at me and smiles.  Katie is the first-born of my neices and nephews, and she will forever hold a very special place in my heart.  So, you can imagine that this was a wedding I have looked forward to shooting since "the day she was born."

Katie and Greg got married on October 19, 2013, a beautiful day with many, many memorable moments. When Katie and Greg met a few years ago, you could tell this was a very special relationship and that we would soon be welcoming Greg into our family.  Katie and Greg were engaged last October at Letchworth State Park--one of my favorite places in Western New York--in front of the Middle Falls, and they quickly started planning their wedding in East Aurora, New York.

Katie is an attorny at a firm in Buffalo and Greg is a paralegal at another Buffalo firm.  Both were educated in New York State, Katie at LeMoyne College and Greg at St. John Fisher College; Katie attended law school at Loyola University in Chicago. Katie and Greg have a very bright future ahead of them, and they had a wonderful wedding to start their lives together. Some of the photos from their wedding are included with this blog, and like with any of my weddings, you can see the entire shoot in the "Client" section of my site.

Katie, I will always remember the day you were born, and now...I will always remember the day you got married!!  Best wishes to Katie and Greg!
